Every Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M.
As an employer, are you faced with having to downsize your staff? You are committed to assisting them during their time of transition but don’t know where to start? Then encourage them to attend the free Job Seekers Support and Networking program on held every Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the Hillsboro Chamber.
Participants will learn how to fine tune their resume to truly reflect their skills and experience, incorporate key words to get identified by online searchbots, and develop their interviewing techniques.
In difficult economic times all businesses and organizations must focus on the fundamentals. For the chamber this means jobs - both job creation and job retention. Keeping the Hillsboro area employed will maintain prosperity, reduce stress, and help maintain pride and a sense of community purpose.
